An Estate that Reinvents Itself
 

These lands have been cultivated since the 11th century, reflecting the deep connection between man and the vine. An iconic site of Provençal heritage, the estate has preserved its soul while adapting to the demands of the times. Each generation has brought its own vision, allowing the estate to modernise while remaining true to its identity. Today, we continue to push the boundaries with practices that are increasingly respectful of nature, controlled vinification and a desire to fully express the richness of our terroir.

Innovation and respect for natural balances

Our winemaking methods combine traditional expertise with modern innovations. Depending on the grape varieties and vintages, we use different approaches:

  • Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats to preserve the aromatic brilliance of whites and rosés.
  • Ageing in oak barrels or casks to subtly structure and refine our reds.
  • Use of concrete eggs to promote natural micro-oxygenation, which enhances the purity of the aromas.
