Tasting
Colour: Colour with soft highlights.
Nose: Refined and complex nose, with toast, smoke aromas, evolving towards rose, raspberry and ending on coconut and almond.
Palate: Harmonious in the mouth, revealing a velvety, very generous and persistent wine. A delightful vanilla finish with notes of mellow wood that do not mask the typicity of this wine.
A delightful aperitif, or enjoyed with white meat.
Winemaking
Harvesting is done manually. The grapes are left to macerate in vats overnight. Pressing is a delicate operation, the press juice and free-run wine are blended. Natural decanting of the juice then takes place over 24 hours. The clear juice is left to in-barrel ferment. The fermentation temperature is adapted to the ripeness of the grape along with the quality of the vintage. This wine is aged on fine lees. Regular stirring for a few months
enhances richness. These wines are then blended and bottled.
These products are either vinified or aged in oak barrels, making them silky, fleshy and full. The perfect accompaniment for gourmet fare. Will please even the most demanding palate.
