The vineyard

The vineyards enjoys a Southeast exposure. It is made of two terroirs: one is acid and leaning on the Maures massif, the other one is chalky-clayey soils and is located on the foothills of the Argens valley.

The assorment of grape varieties is made of Grenache, Cinsaults (for rosé wines), Syrah, Mourvèdre, Cabernet Sauvignon, Carignan ( for red wines) and clairette, Ugny blanc, Rolle (for the white wines).

The grape growing stayed traditional. Chateau Saint Pierre chose to use growing techniques respectful of the environment.
