Harvesting, for the most part, is done manually.
For many years now, Château Saint Pierre has called upon the same Italian family of grape-pickers, all lodged on the grounds during this long-awaited moment when the fruit of a year’s work is finally harvested.
It is traditional vinification, in conjunction with a variety of technological advances, are what has allowed the Chateau Saint Pierre to reach its key target: preserve intact the typicity and the quality of its wine, while satisfying the increasingly demanding palate.
Château Saint Pierre offers its four cuvées:
Cuvée Baptiste
Matured in oak barrels, then aged in the cellars of the château, this red wine is a reminder that in Provence, the terroir also lends itself beautifully to producing great wines of character.
Cuvée Marie
Une cuvée appréciée pour sa féminité, sa couleur très pale et son nez floral et parfumé .
Prieuré - red
These products are either vinified or aged in oak barrels, making them silky, fleshy and full. The perfect accompaniment for gourmet fare. Will please even the most demanding palate.
