The known origins of the estate date back to the 11th century. Recent restoration work on the cellar has brought to light vestiges of the church of Saint Pierre that belonged to Foulques, The Lord of Les Arcs.

That priory, together with the land, was left to Saint Victor in 1055, later becoming a rural property dependent in the Parish of Les Arcs.
